VINIFICATION AND AGING
Pressing, first fermentation in steel, refermentation in bottle and disgorging. Aged at least three months in bottle.
With its brilliant straw yellow color, Cornera presents itself with a fine perlage and a consistent foam. The rather intense scent of white flowers, the unmistakable Williams pear and delicate bread crust accompany an intense sip with great freshness and sapidity which make it both balanced and persistent. A wine that can take further aging in bottle.
