TASTING NOTES
DōFaSol is the result of the union of two significantly different wines: Bronner and Johanniter.
The former, fresh and savory, gives this blend zest and lightness. The latter, complex and structured, helps to enrich the flavor and the body, making this wine extremely intriguing.
A wine with body and character that balances a part of acidity with a part of warmth and structure, almost sweet.
Suitable for structured, robust starters, as well as fish or meat-based first courses that require flavor contrast in their pairing.
