VINIFICATION AND AGING
Soft press. Aged on lees for 8 months with frequent stirring of the lees.
This process is carried out under controlled temperature.
Aged in bottle for 2 months.
Straw-yellow with green hints.
Intense, fine and elegant aroma.
Simultaneously mineral and floral.
Mineral, slightly aromatic flavor.
Captivating with its freshness and great drinkability.
