Our Wineries

Albafiorita

Albafiorita is an organic winery in Latisana, on the Friulian Riviera.
For the De Marchi family, adding resistant vines to the productions of their company was a natural choice as they are the ideal solution to achieve their longtime goal of sustainable agriculture.
Welcome to their farmhouse and discover the natural beauties and flavors that the territory of Friuli-Venezia Giulia has to offer.

Ca' da Roman

This organic farm is located in the lands of the Ezzelini, a powerful medieval dynasty to which all the labels aside from the flagship “369” were dedicated. The wines all have a “disheveled character” thanks to the breezes that caress Monte Grappa, MAB Unesco Biosphere Reserve, at the foot of which is the 18-hectare estate, of which 7 are cultivated exclusively with resistant PIWI grapes, while the rest is dedicated to biodiversity with olive groves, fruit orchards, vegetable gardens, sowable land and close attention to the territory.

Colle Regina

The Colle Regina farm, from the historic hill of the same name located in Farra di Soligo, is in the heart of the Prosecco di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene hills, Unesco heritage since 2019. It embraces biodiversity by carrying on the tradition of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, but with the innovation of resistant vines. The owners, Marianna Zago and Ornella Martinotto, believe in enological practices linked to environmental sustainability, which they have always applied in all phases of their work in the vineyard and cellar. Their social purpose is the multifunctionality of the farm, which is why they have been an educational farm since 2007 and a social farm since 2022.

Della Casa

Barberi Adele is a family farm which was established at the end of the last century in an oasis of beauty between the rolling hills of the Collio Cormonese and the Preval plain. Renato Della Casa, the owner who originated his farm’s involvement in wine production, believes that great traditions arise from the heart of the most innovative ideas. This is why he has chosen to produce wines from resistant vines alongside the already well-known Collio. In his bottles, we find only the values that guide him: evolution, profound respect for ancestral roots, and a passionate protection of biodiversity.

Poggio Pagnan

Pagnan, the first wine of the Poggio Pagnan multifunctional farm, was established in a land that was not yet known for viticulture. For this reason, sustainability and biodiversity are its greatest belief, hence the choice to plant resistant vines in 2017. The name is representative of the company, the center of which is at the “giro poggio” loop route, entirely planted with vines, which stands out in the center of Valbelluna and has the toponym of Pagnan.

Vigneti Vinessa

Vigneti Vinessa is the new wine project of Mauro and Leonardo Bonatti. Their vineyards are located in Lumini di San Zeno di Montagna, on the southern slope of Monte Baldo, about 800 m above sea level.
Their project aims to obtain high-quality mountain wines with maximum sustainability, enhancing the terrain, which is organic by its very nature, and enhancing the seven varieties of resistant vines.
Starting in 2021, the family decided to rely on the advice of Nicola Biasi to boost the agronomic and enological management of the 2.5 hectares of resistant vineyards.
This project is the natural evolution of their passion for agriculture and their origins. Their goal is crystal clear: quality without compromise.

Villa di Modolo

Francesco Miari-Fulcis, after his success with Fattoria di Maiano, an important estate overlooking Florence, decided to restore luster to his father’s historic home in Modolo, just six kilometers from the center of Belluno. A 360-degree project of Art Hospitality and Agriculture with the viticultural part as the protagonist thanks to an innovative project (2022) conceived and studied in detail with oenologist Nicola Biasi.
The desire is to work solely and exclusively with resistant grape varieties, the only real and concrete sustainable answer we find in the world of viticulture to date. The choice fell on three red grape varieties of the Pinot Noir family, with the aim of creating a single great red wine that perfectly represents the nobility, elegance and history encompassed by the evocative setting of Villa Modolo.
Instead, bringing a touch of innovation to the grounds of the 17th-century mansion will be a vineyard with unusual shape and characteristics that, with 50 different resistant varieties from all over Europe, will represent a genuine art gallery of modern viticulture.
A unique project that has all the makings of giving guests the perfect combination of the pleasure of immersing themselves among the vines, an excellent glass of wine and care for the environment all wrapped in a historic setting nestled in the heart of the Dolomites.

Vin de la Neu

A wine that was created to break the mold and to do something that had not yet been done.
Precision viticulture at high altitudes, resistant vines for true environmental sustainability and enological management without compromises.
All this is Vin de la Neu. A unique wine, born and baptized on 12 October 2013, under heavy snow, in Coredo, in the Trentino Dolomites.
